I have pretty much run out of ideas thanks to Google. The above error 7Z unexpected end of data means the 7Zip file that you were trying to download is not complete or corrupted. Now although this fixes my issues for in-house uses, it does not help for sending password protected compressed folders to outside clients. If the end-user sends a password protected compressed folder to me for troubleshooting I am unable to open it via Windows compression, however if I open the password protected file using 7zip it does work. I have taken the files moved them to the given users documents folder to try and use a less secure folder, to then compress the files. I have pulled all updates from our WSUS server to the machine (was reading online C++ updates can hinder your use of 7zip) 7-zip 9.20 (also tried the beta version 9.38)
